Membership Categories:  AzCIA has three membership categories- Full Member, Affiliate Member and Inactive Member. Any individual or entity shall be eligible to be a Full Member. The admission of any Member shall be subject to approval of the AzCIA Board of Directors. All Members approved by the Board of Directors shall be required to pay an annual membership fee in an amount fixed by the Board of Directors from time to time.

Voting Privileges: Only Full Members and Affiliate Members in good standing shall be entitled to vote on matters subject to vote of the Members. Each such member shall have one vote on each issue to come before the membership.

 Board Service Qualifications: Only (i) individuals who represent Arizona Captive Owners or Arizona Service Providers who are Full Members, and (ii) up to two (2) other individuals representing Full Members shall qualify for election to the Board of Directors.

 Affiliates: those individuals employed by dues-paying full member companies. Affiliates have voting privileges and may serve on the AzCIA Board as well as on AzCIA committees.
