An advanced RSVP is required to allow us to order an appropriate volume of breakfast items. We understand that unforeseen business obligations may arise between the time that you RSVP and the date of the meeting. If you find that you cannot attend a meeting after you have sent a positive RSVP, please notify Ashley Douglas as soon as possible. If Ashley is notified at least one week prior to the meeting, she can adjust the attendee count accordingly. The Arizona Captive Society does not have a budget to cover losses if the cost of a meeting exceeds the amount collected. Therefore, if we do not receive cancellation of a positive RSVP by at least one week prior to the meeting it will be necessary for us to send an invoice to recoup our cost.
